Canada’s Crown Jewels: Banff, Yoho & Jasper
Step into a world where mountains embrace the sky, turquoise lakes mirror the clouds, and every sunset feels like a new masterpiece. This gallery is my tribute to three of Canada’s most breathtaking national parks—Banff, Yoho, and Jasper—where nature paints in the boldest colors and the grandest strokes.
Banff National Park
Panoramic view of Banff from Tunnel Mountain Peak, with the serene Vermilion Lakes glistening in the valley behind
Lake Louise shrouded in dense morning fog during our visit.
Along the Lake Louise Lakeshore Trail, the morning fog slowly recedes, unveiling the tranquil colors of summer.
Past Lake Louise, the Plain of Six Glaciers Trail glows under the warm light of a late summer afternoon
Back in Banff, a storm loomed overhead — I was lucky to capture a few shots in the brief calm before the rain
The storm gave way to a brilliant summer sunset. The next morning, on our final day in Banff, we set out to explore the Johnston Canyon Falls
Yoho National Park
On our first day in Yoho, we visited the beautiful Emerald Lake, shimmering in its vibrant shades of blue
Hiking the Emerald Lake Loop revealed additional viewpoints, each offering a fresh perspective
At our campground, unsettled weather rolled in. Towering mountains and drifting fog combined to create a moody, dark atmosphere.
After the rain, wildlife emerged around the park, with our RV refecting in the puddles
A long-exposure shot captured the fog as it drifted slowly over the mountain peaks
Icefield Parkway & Jasper National Park
Pinto Lake, one of our many stops along the Icefield Parkway
Along the Icefield Parkway, one of the most scenic road is North America, every turn revealed another breathtaking view
View over the Columbia Icefield, the largest in Canadian Rockies
A few more stops on the Icefield Parkway towards Jasper
Pyramid Lake, nestled in Jasper National Park, reflected the surrounding peaks in its calm waters
